[Closed] Where for an Alfine hub?

I know there are a multitude of places that sell the Alfine hub but all seem to package slightly differently.

I am looking for either:

A complete pre built wheel in 26'' flavour including all the fitting and shifter bits

Just the hub including all the fitting and shifter bits

Any suggestions or experience of buying one recently?

rosebikes do the full kit, not sure they do a pre-built wheel though.
