Ive taken my recon forks apart in the hope of adjusting the travel and TBH curiosity.
The forks didn't have a spacer so travel cant be adjusted so I put everything back together and they seem to work ok.
But..I found this bit on floor. It isn't shown on the service docs, anyone know where it goes??

is it your cok ring that somehow got mixed up with the fork parts?

o-ring for sitting underneath the nut on the bottom of the fork lowers ?

Looks like the o ring from under the lockout lever.
