bought a set of lyriks and the 2-step function isn't working right. activate the 2-step and travel is reduced by 20mm not 45mm.
the forks were bought in the uk (jejames) but i am now in germany. i'm assuming the german importers will want nothing to do with them meaning i'll have to send them back to retailer (yes, i've read the horror stories and do not want to have to go down that route) using my own funds.
who is the uk importer for rockshox? anyone know the german importer?

I believe www.fisheroutdoor.co.uk are the uk distributors...

UK importer is Fisher Outdoor Leisure, no idea about German, but it's probably on the RS website.
