My seatpost clamp bolt on my controltech seatpost has ronuded off and it appears to be an m7 bolt.

anyone know where i can get an m7 ti bolt from?

I've had a steel one shear off on a layback a few years ago

No but is Ti more likely to fail over stainless or cromo?

Cutting ti bolts is a proper chore! Only did that once!

Cutting ti bolts is a proper chore! Only did that once!

Put two nuts on the bolt and tighten together.
Hold nuts in a vice (fnarr)
Cut off unnecessary bit with an angle grinder
file end to remove burr
remove nuts

5 mins max
