Mistakenly removed from hose, didn't realise it was single use only. Can't seem to find another without a hose attached.

I think they're factory crimped onto the hoses?
Superstar sell banjo kits but most manufacturers sell them too- you need them to shorten hoses that have a banjo at both ends. It'll look a little different though.

More than you need, but it gives you spares, extra olives for future hoses etc
These things are moderately-but-not-entirely compatible, you can user superstar banjos on formula hoses and vice versa but I wouldn't want to say it'll work with everything.
Typical the one I'd need has sold out.
Would I be able to use one of these and attach it to the caliper end after trimming hose or is there more to it than that? I'm under the impression that there is no olive at the caliper end though I'm probably wrong.

That looks like it would fit just fine. I've been using Jagwire hoses and they come with a separate banjo fitting so that's another option (more spendy though). Goodridge also do bike kits with banjos.
There should be a couple of little O-rings too?
The Clarks and Formula kit appear to be the same thing, just in different stages of disassembly.
