....some black, DT Swiss competition (double butted) spokes - 240mm long.

All I can find is straight gauge spokes or much longer spokes.

Or is there another brand of spoke I can try?

I think JRA have a spoke threading/cutting machine - they could shorten and thread some longer ones for you as long as the butting allows it?
