nowhere thankfully..

Done 'nuff miles all over town with double kiddie trailer fully laden over the last four days with a new school run..
I predict a surge in fitness over the coming months if my knee can sustain the pressure ๐Ÿ˜€

Cannock all on my lonesome. Have to get out as I wont be able to next week. Just fitted the crud-catcher as i'm sure there will be plenty of puddles and muddy patches. I'm missing the summer already.

No problem, always good to share some local knowledge, shame we didn't have more time - I'd really taken a day off to do some DIY not go riding! ๐Ÿ™‚

Plan is about 90 miles of more or less constant short sharp hills on Gower. Is the local club's "Gower grimpeur" ride.

Last ditch training for Margam madness event next sat.

Antur today for uplift.
Was a right laugh.

As a result of that, I doubt I will be able to properly hold my bars, so won't be riding tomorrow

Pissing it down in Newcastle. I'm off to race the hill Climb at hartside. I think given the weather the post race fun fell climb may not happen.
