I predict a surge in fitness over the coming months if my knee can sustain the pressure 😀
Cannock all on my lonesome. Have to get out as I wont be able to next week. Just fitted the crud-catcher as i'm sure there will be plenty of puddles and muddy patches. I'm missing the summer already.

Nowt tomorrow but the Bollington Bikefest 75mile loop on Sunday. Hoping this weather ****s off and it dries a little, otherwise its not gonna but much fun

Road ride ,125 miles up to Fort William.
Looks like the weather is going to hold out till Sunday.
Plan is about 90 miles of more or less constant short sharp hills on Gower. Is the local club's "Gower grimpeur" ride.
