Anyone know?
On-one probably do.
or just shout "Brant" three times.
I sent them a mail and got no response.
I was wondering this. Nowt on the OO site but brant mentioned it on here a few weeks ago. I'm sure he said late March...
They are made, photographed, and on the sea on the way here.
So 3-4 weeks I think.
How much are they going to be (sorry if this has been mentioned before)?
twenty quid
thats what you said 3-4 weeks ago
I thought SRAM had thrown their toys over this stuff.
Oooo sounds interesting (thats the rings not angry Senor Jackson)

brant didnt specify what type of boat - i`m sure they can whip harder but slaves can only paddle so fast.

I had a disagreement with our purchasing manager over which items should be airfreighted in. He won.
I'm still trying to find out what shipped (by sea) when.
Hence, nothing on preorder until we do.

Your rich Brant! Airfreight is for transporting Unicorn tears.
Hora not sur ethey will do the 104bcd 26t ring you need
I'd own it longer than you'd glance at the packet it came in 😉
Do we know what sizes these rings are going to come in yet?
30, 32, 34 104bcd
Didn't someone show prior art on thick thing rings thus rendering SRAM claims moot?
Hora my 34t thick thin is >100 miles old now all ridden by me 🙂 in the cold/dark/rain!
Different colours Brant?
I'd buy one- glad Brant is bringing these to market. Maybe next brant could design a Pike-esque fork that doesn't 'knock'.
Screw a cheap Pike(SR Auron should be arriving soon) we need 40t and 42t cassette cogs? for £20 🙂
we need 40t and 42t cassette cogs
i still dont understand the need. having ridding 90% of the SDW in a day in a middle ring and standard cassette. and i`m no whippet!
i could well be pursuaded by the cheapness of teh 34t for the HT though.

It is very well known a to have some of the toughest climbs in the UK

Maybe some of us would like to ride 100% of it?
I thought SRAM had thrown their toys over this stuff.
they didn't invent it
Rarely stops people getting US patents though, does it? 😀
Some 20 quid 40t cassette cogs would be nice!
I emailed them and got this responce,
"Hello
Thank you for your email
We do not have any of these on order at present although there is a order going to be made but i do not know when we will have them.
Kind regards
Mike"
So that will be about 2-3 months at least depending on how quick they do it.

Cool, it's on my "to ride" list, I thought it was just grassy rolling hills, I stand corrected

"South Downs Way" - it sounds like one of the softer parts of the Shire, but it does seem to go up and down quite a lot. I felt like I'd been deceived in some unspecified way when I did it.
Twenty quid is mega cheap! They made out of cheese or are they twenty something quid like £28? 😉
Either way i am sure they will sell well, the last 2 weeks was given over 8 weeks ago on instagram though... I love bike industry '2 weeks'
Hmmm, wait another month, or spend another tenner to have the part this week?
Found this the other day or maybe chance a cheap RF from yankland via fleabay... Dunno
Might get that in 34t and if I decide I really need a 32t order the OO in that size when it arrives...
Doubt they'll be in stock long when they do finally arrive, all the other brands have gotten people used to the idea of paying £35-£40 for a N/W ring now, £20 will seem like an utter bargain to many...

Communication at On One is going well then
Oh I did ride all of it, well all but 2 climbs, one because there were too many people walking it already and one cos I thought if I rode it I may regret it later. I confess I did have a granny but it did only shift if I kicked it correctly so I gave up on it for most of the ride.
Bloody long way. Bloody lot of ups. But it is quite dull in terms of mtbing.
Anyway I digress. Thick thin chain rings. Probably good.
stainless steel 40t and 42t sprocket converters please
Any news on the thick thin rings brant?
Any news on the thick thin rings brant?
Bump, any news Brant or anyone?
Well, how the hell did I miss that. On web site but mostly out of stock????? Anyone else manage to get one??
30's are in, but I need to check chain compatibility as we saw an issue with brand new non Shimano chains.
Other sizes not in yet but very soon.
More news early next week.
Weren't the ace components on the front page of STW recentley only 25 quid ?
30 ordered. Hopefully it'll be posted Monday (ahem) so I can test it out on my mid week ride.
30 ordered
Leave some for the rest of us! 😉
