[#816588]

So am intending to build my first set of wheels - the DT calculator tells me I need 293mm both sides front and non drive rear, and 291 drive side rear.

Anyone know how critical this 2mm is? The reason I ask is that Ribble are doing big boxes of 292mm ones and I'm wondering if I can get away with using these for all the spokes.

Cheers

Have you measured the hub and rim yourself? Try the wheelpro calculator as it can throw up different figures. 1mm either side shouldnt make a difference.

if the lenght is right then 1mm is fine

I would put 292 all the way round on my own wheels.

Depends how particular you are with things like that.
I've built wheels with incorrect spoke lengths before, but find it easier to use the right length in terms of tension & dishing.
