Does anyone know of a shop in Southampton where I can get a hub replaced without it costing the earth?

any of the bike shops in southampton are good.

hansfords
hargroves
GA cycles
the hub.

GA cycles probably the best for wheels - it will cost though

The hub are good and probably cheaper than GA

I have no experience of roack and road but imagine they'd be good but expensive.

It might be cheaper to buy a new wheel than replace a hub though.

GA are really good, didn't think they cost too much, they rebuilt a rear for me a while back and it's still running true now.

GA's will cost the earth and they will spit on you.

Rock'N'Road are really good I have had a couple of wheels built there and they were cheaper than GA's

Second getting a new wheel, particulary if you need new spokes. I'd offer to do it for you, but i doubt id be able to do it in an acceptable time.
