I get 292.5 and 291.6 on freespoke.
spokes I have that came with the wheel are 295 and 293 ish that was with a specialised 142+ x 12 hub , confused tried a few sites all different ๐ณ
You may see variations between spoke calcs but they should be minor.
Bear in mind that you're likley going to need to round the numbers to whole millimeters anyway.
A 142 hub is going to use slightly longer spokes I'd have thought? The distance from centre-flange is going to be a little longer than for a 135.
Musson covers all of this in his excellent pdf ebook at wheelpro. Possibly the best wheelbuilding tenner you'll ever spend!
Drive side and non drive side should generally differ by 2mm, dishing will be easier if that is the case.

Nope
Will now need to build a jig and just have a go and then call for help from a certain friend to check if i have completely made a hash ๐

I'm surprised, but as I've not got anything wider than 135 I'm happy to stand corrected.
Where does the extra 7mm come from then? Can't be a longer freehub. Is it just spacered at the ends or something?
Longer disc side end cap.
Don't go with the 2mm difference in length either. There are a lot of variables which may make this wrong
Thanks tis a confusing process , but I will give it a go. ๐
