Can anybody recommend a wheel builder in the Watford area?
My CRC wheels I bought back in 2009 could do with some adjustment..

Thanks

Contact the Amersham RCC, there are a few guys on there that do it. mostly for club members and mates, but you never know. failing that there is a guy in Richmond who can probably help.

worth talking to Cyclopedia ?

I was quite impressed with them last time I was in.

I used Cyclopedia a few years ago and was happy with their service

The rear wheel's drive side spokes need replacing as the chain came off and gauged them all. They sourced the special Shimano straight pull spokes and nipples and rebuilt the wheel all in reasonable time and cost.

The build quality was good, even tension all round and wheel running nice and straight. Wheel is still in good shape a few years later.

Lloyd at Addiktion in St Albans is a damn fine wheel builder, gave me lots of help when I was learning.

I'm also in St Albans and could run a spoke key over them for you if needs be but for a professional job Lloyd's your man.

This would be a good time to get in touch as he usually has a fair waiting list when the weather's fine.
