Does anyone know of a good quality / good value in or around Nottingham? I don't want to spend a fortune at a LBS where the expertise may be questionable.
Thanks

Have a go yourself...just done my second, & its come out spot on. Great sense of acheivment. The Roger Musson pdf download is excellent. Takes you through all the steps. Did my first on a jig but used forks in a workstand this time. ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm in Nottingham too and was doubtful of some of the LBShops so have recently built the wheelset I wanted myself. Dead easy. Have a go. If you want some advice give me a shout.

+1 for DIY, I used the wheelpro book which has everything (guides for making jigs and dishing guages for example)

Thanks for the advice, you're all a bit braver than me. Mind you, how wrong can this go...?

If not, try Dale at Sherwood Pines. Excellent wheel builder and mechanic.
