Personally I prefer a workstand but it might just be doable.

I'd recommend you take a trip to the Mendips (only a short trip to Burrington Coombe) and see Box at Bad Ass Bikes. Phenomenal wheel builder.

I use Ross Taylor (taylored cycles) in Bristol. Highly recommended.
