[#6366405]

was out yesterday on one of the rare occasions I drove instead of riding, was out at pub for lunch next to a canal with a load of walkers and cyclists riding past. without wanting to give it away too much, I chortled to myself and took a picture...

can you spot what I found so amusing?

"Up periscope" 🙂

And, the answer must be that the bloke on the left isn't really superman ?

Well, canals, in general, aren't deep for a start

The brake lever and bar end looks like a tiny dinosaur head.

Or a big dinosaur head a long way away.

I might need a clue. My first thought was also that canals aren't that deep. A closer look at the bike shows an unusual configuration probably due to back problems or a disability. Finally a grown man wearing a superman t-shirt. Or is it something to do with registration number on the boat that canal nerds might get?

I agree. The valve stem & tire logo alignment is horrendous! 😡

LOL well initially it was the remarkably long steerer/stem quill, wasnt close enough to determine. but combined with the first comment of "up periscope" the deep water sign also has its place lol
