[Closed] Whats wrong with my brake?

I took my hardtail up Winter Hill a few weeks ago, brakes were fine all ride long.

I went to get it out the other night and the front brake was very sloppy, no power in it at all.
So I ordered a bleed kit and bled it last night. Whilst it wasn't perfect it was much better. I could lock the brake up easily.

Goes to get it out for a ride tonight and it's back to square one, like it hadn't been bled. Could the seals have gone or something? Or air is getting in somewhere?

Brake is a Hayes Stroker Ryde that came with the bike.
