I preordered a pair of Rockshox Sektors RL coil last year from CRC and have been given nothing but have had to really complain to find out the date for them to tell me that the date of being in stock, put back and back.
They tell me they are expecting stock and discontinue the item then I find the item back on sale a while later. Ok I should be patient I know, but C'mon.
Then moreso I ordered another item a couple of days ago, which is in stock and they are still processing the order. All my other orders from CRC have been processed and dispatched the day after I order them Conspiracy theorists please translate this, are they holding my orders back on purpose 🙂

I very much doubt that but their stock counting mucks up so it says an item is in stock and processing but actually they are out of stock
LOL. Got mine (Sektor RL Coils Dual Position)from Winstanleys, came within a week as did the Blue spring I ordered from Bikeparts.de
I was joking about the holding the orders back, as a friend of mine had read on another forum that they have a naughty list of customers they dont like 🙂
I was just wondering if anyone else had ordered them too and playing the waiting game
Well they've just done a marvellous job of a warranty replacement for my knackered mk1 Reverb. Took less than 2 weeks from postage to me receiving a brand new one (today) complete with another bleed kit for it.

The new one has a much neater hose fitting at the post end as well. Can't wait to test it.
Same here! Also ordered the Sektor RL's in November and they haven't turned up yet. After much chasing they now say they'll be in at the end of April! Were originally due in on the 1st of December.

Ordered a childs helemt yesterday at 2pm & its just arrived. 19hrs delivery & its had to cross the sea.
Do they still have that special CRC Boeing 747 that used to be on the website...it was real wasnt it ?
My dad had the same problem with the sectors from crc. Orderd them in November, canceled them last week, after getting the run around from them.
