Interesting, quite different from the figures WMB had a few months ago. I'm not convinced they've intpreted the paper correctly though, also from a skim read it seems to be referring to an electric bike.

and the rest. Usual stuff about carbon footprint of human body powering the bike, I thought (tho as usual could be wrong) carbon footprint of human powered usage didn't count coz it came from grown stuff, crops and that, not fossil fuels.Dave concluded that an ordinary sedan's carbon footprint is more than 10 times greater than a conventional bicycle's
