A friend has asked me to fix her sons Islabike which has a super worn BB. Its square taper, with a lockring on the nds.
Is it a standard part?

Yes, standard part and you can replace with a Shimano UN51 if you can't get one direct from Islabikes - you just need to match the axle length, which I can't remember off the top of my head, but you can measure from the old one anyway.
