Water for training rides, IsoStar for racing. However I mostly use bottles, and the Camelback only comes out for races over CX distance/time, (circa 1.5 hours).

Bottle of lucozade and water mixed..not been cleaned out.. EVER and Ive been using about 18 month 😯 ..still alive and kicking 😕
