I'll be passing CyB on Wednesday afternoon so will have about 3hours to play with. What trails are recommended? The 38km black run looks good.
(I did the black,red and green/blue on sunday at brechfa so happy to put some miles in).

I preferred MBR to the black one although you could probably go round twice in 3 hours

The 38km black run looks good
It's a great ride, lots of long climbs, good views and some excellent singletrack.

Yep, do the Beast, but skip the big fireroad loop as it's boring and a waste of time. maybe do the Blue if you have time when you get back?
