I really need to lose weight so set the turbo trainer up in the garage.

Unless I'm missing something that just shows your heartrate and cadence, speed etc. if you have the sensors.

I'm new to this but I'd expect a bit more like something telling you your heartrate is too high or low for the target zone.

Does wahoo do this and I've missed it?

Polar have an app called Beat that comes with their HRM strap, pretty sure this does what you need.

If you're looking for good training apps for a turbo then check out the new [url= http://www.trainerroad.com ]TrainerRoad[/url] iPhone app. [url= http://www.motivo.cc ]Motivo[/url] has been on the iPhone for a while too.

trainerroad isn't free. its £6/month

so is motivo, but its not as good.

Fair enough. In that case, having tried motivo I'm now using trainerroad. It's much better.

TrainerRoad on pc/mac really is very good. Not used the iOS app though.
