looking at the forecast for the forthcoming week and weekend id say very wet very windy and hence very boggy in places, but it will still be fun (i think) the cleave will be ok but maybe worth the extra drive to the tox for betterer underwheel conditions?
or stay in the local woods...

I'm also keen to know what the groud will be like down there this weekend. We're supposed to be riding west out of bovey on saturday and east out of prince town on sunday. Not that we know where we're going!

This won't really tell you anything ๐Ÿ™„ ... but this is how it looked up at Sharp Tor on Friday (Sharp Tor is on the Ashburton <-> Princetown road, across the other side of the Dart from Venford). I only stopped for a quick look on the way on my way over the moor, but it looked pretty good underfoot up here.

That said, it did rain over the weekend tho' ...

I live on the very Eastern edge of Dartmoor. Trails just beginning to get a bit damper. Certainly ok at the moment although as somebody says above I think we're forecast a bit of rain this week......

I think you'll need a bigger gun than that for Sunday...

Middle tavy saturday hopefully, maybe upper dart Sunday if I'm feeling brave
