Final downhill open but quite a few good sections closed, - do W2 instead in my opinion!

Cwmcarn - yes the "twrch" xc trail is good but not worth coming a long way for on its own day unless your doing the downhill / uplift thing

Cwmcarn is only about 9.5 miles but I usually do 2 or 3 laps or there is some good natural stuff the other side of the A467

There were two different closures - quite few bits were closed off for the rally, but that's finished now I guess. Plus some far away sections of Skyline are closed for logging or somesuch - still worth doing for a nice long ride with great views and smooth fire-roads - final section has been open all along and you could just short-cut to that and not bother with the other four hours if you were that way inclined.

Are the Wall and Penhydd fully open?

Some of the top of the Wall will have been closed for the rally, but I guess that's all done with now - so reasonably certain that everything is open apart from those far-flung Skyline bits.
