(apologies for the multiple posts) guess who's bored in the passenger seat on the Autoroute de Soleil....
Anyway. Done two lovely weeks biking in the Tarentaise, with some utterly knackering days. Some involved some climbing, which speaks for itself, buy even the fully uplifted days I was goosed by the end of it.
We generally did about 5 or 6km per day.
Whaddaya do?
What constitutes a solid sustainable* days riding?
* In the sense that you could do it all week, not the sense that it doesn't kill the planet. Which it obvs does.
Looking back at my week in Morzine I did between 15000 and 22000 feet each day
I did 250,000ft over 15 days riding, which is 75km. Varied from 10k to 27k ft over a day.

Yer can't do feet in Morzine Shirley. They got the metric system over there.
We generally aim for 4000-4500m lift-accessed descending with clients. Much more and, unless it's a really strong group, most people start to get tired and make mistakes.
That's based on singletrack descending. Bikepark stuff you can do a bit more.
