looking for one i think about 80mm, currently use a 80m 6 degreee rise stem. want azero rise stem as bars feel a tad to high. what is there out there and do i need to go a little shorter to counter the lack of rise?

I wouldn't go shorter at the same time. Try a lower stem first and see how that feels.
