Will be running tubes. The rim external is 25mm, internal is 18mm. Rim tape available in 17, 19 & 22mm. Which one, or does it not really matter? (Or can I use some Stans Yellow Tape I have in the garage, 25mm)? Cheers!

I don't think it matters as long as the tape covers the spoke holes. It's really there to stop the tube pushing itself against the spoke ends.
