[Closed] what wheelset? - road disc dilemma

Need something for my roadrat commuter bike, 700c preferably. Want it to run reasonably fat rubber, 28mm+, maybe even some Big Apples. Needs to be 6 bolt disc compatible. Not too bothered about weight. Need to be reasonably strong as bike will have panniers etc. Shimano freehub. Preferably around the 200 quid mark. Factory wheelset a bonus as I've not built wheels before. Worth looking at 29er wheels?

Been searching for ages and I'm at a loss as to what to get. Any ideas? Please tell me what to buy!
