My commuter, currently running 700x28 Kenda Kwikroller's the back one ahs a couple of slits in it from punctures and the grooving has nearly gone - noticed a sharp decline in braking performance.
I'd like good puncture resistance, decent low rolling resistance and not too expensive.
Answers on a postcard to........
