Have made an early start on the sweetspot base, and it's great.

But boring.

What should I watch on the telly to keep me sane? Not something I need to concentrate on or hear every word, but with appropriate interest ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you have netflix or similar?

If so I find the 1 hour stand-up comedy specials a good solvent for the time.

I use Netflix or Now TV with workouts on Zwift as it becomes just like the trainer software. I'll watch anything currently the original Star Trek but could be an old movie or boxset.

Only fools and horses re runs on sky gold, sky sports news, BBC iPlayer documentaries all work well for me

For exercising your sweet spot ๐Ÿ˜†

I usually pick series on Netflix. Did all of 24, Jessica Jones, Daredevil and Homeland last winter. Easy enough to follow without having to concentrate too much. Done Orphan Black and Luke Cage so far this year.

Frank Skinner Absolute Radio podcasts. I deliberately don't listen on Saturday mornings so I can save them up for winter.
