picked this up last week, not been built up yet.
pegoretti built all the race frames for the likes of colnago and bianchi and for riders such as pantani, indurain etc.
he won framebuilder of the year at NAHBS this year.
if you can't afford a pegoretti then a brian rourke frame would be my choice. similar philosophy of using oversize steel to make a stiff but comfortable frame of about 4lb.

I just got a Gios compact and am very impressed, cinelli supercorsa (just sold mine) also very nice but expensive.

Yeh like the pegoretti (sold one when i worked in a shop years ago). Thinking of the planet x good for the money (ti frame wise anyway), is there any need to pay more for a ti frame ?
