My boss has expressed a wish to go cycling and wants to spend around £400 to get himself out there pedaling . Any ideas ? Links to any good deals ? Oh it would need to be a small frame size with discs .

Think we've still got a couple of 2010 GT Avalanche 2.0 Discs in a small left at Sunset, much reduced to £399.

Carrera Kraken, you will not find a better bike for the money at all. About £429 at the moment.

Giant are always excellent value at that price range.
