Just swapped over to a set of Pike 454's and am 'a tad' heavier, lets say, than the guy I bought them off. Weigh in at bang on fifteen stone so any advice on which spring I would need would be gratefully accepted 😆

I ran an X-Firm spring in my set, also 15st.

Cheers SS, think I'd better get one fairly sharpish before I do the internals of both the fork and myself some damage!
