I have looked honest!
Front CK Disc Hub 24mm/20mm front onto a 819ust 32 hole rim
Rear CK singlespeed hub onto an 819ust 32 hole rim

Sorry, I re-read you question after posting, but if you have the hubs you can input the relevant dimensions on here.

This is the one I use and is easy. Relevant dimensions are to be found on the manufacturers websites.
