I'm 6'2" & considering a 20" pugsley, i'm figuring that should be the right size. Yay or nay??

im 6`2" and was going for an 18 - but i bought a 16 inch seat tube with the top tube of an 18" sandman instead .....

I went a size down from my normal.
Consider this - the bike has plenty flotation and will ride over soft surfaces no problem. Then you stop, put out one foot, and your leg sinks up halfway up your calf.
Steel tube - family jewels, are they safe? 🙂
