I know it suggests medium but that goes up to 180mm, would small be better as its stretched when the forks are sagged?
I use a medium on mine. Fitted with the forks wound down to 120mm pulled pretty snugly (had to trim the surplus off the straps) - plenty stretchy enough when running at 160.
I've always found them too big on Fox forks. I run a 100mm on 140mm floats and it's spot on, the 100mm on my 100mm floats is barely taut without sag and a baggy mess as soon as I get on.
Take a look at the Bender Fender 2.1 guard, they are v good too
I use a medium on 130mm Recons.
+1 for the Bender Fender - cheaper, works great and best of all keeps the crap away from the seals, unlike the RRP/Neoguard ones which make sure it all collects there.
In case you wonder, I've got both, as well as my homemade one for my Lyriks, but really prefer the Bender Fender.
What GavinB said. NeoGuards are a bad idea IME.
