Post mount brakes with a 180mm adapter into a post mount fork.
I am thinking 30mm should be about right? 15mm into the for, 10mm through the adapter, and 5mm through the caliper, does that sound right??
What thread is it m5 or m6?

M6 and as long as will not bottom out in the fork.

you need 4 bolts I think - 2 for caliper to adaptor and 2 for adaptor to fork
