I'm currently running a standard frame with my Alfine but my chain tensioner (On One) is doing my nut. Either I buy one, which is fit and forget or I just go crazy and buy a frame set up for singlespeeding???

I was thinking of a Dialled Love/Hate or an On One Inbred. Anyone have any views on these? Obviously keen on any other suggestions you may have, new or used.

I just fitted ( with my mate Jim's help ) one to my old sliding drop-out inbred and it's gone together really nicely. do a search cos i did a brief write up last week, though that was more about the hub itself, and impressions riding a bike with one fitted.

the O-O slotted drop out works very well with gear hubs, I run a Rohloff in mine.

The rohloff chain tensioner is one of the best but also the most expensive and so big you might as well run a bodged rear mech.
