This is my bike. I'm thinking about doing it up more. It's had a HTII put on it and new cranks.

Apart from cleaning it, what would your next steps be?

What should you do next to it? I'd prefer to suggest what you could do on top of it. ๐Ÿ™‚

yep ride it lots, and then replace what breaks.

Mind you you might find a gravity dropper is good, if you ride somewhere with lots of ups and downs

alright here's a suggestion
wheels, forks, brakes,
in that order

or mess around with stems, bars, seatposts, and saddle for the cheap quick fix

Put some bar ends and a mud gaurd on it and maybe splash out on some refectors.

Ride it! When the wheels wear out buy some good light wheels. Stems, seatposts and bars etc dont really add much to a bike, maybe looks if thatsyour bag. Good quality light wheels are the top upgrade to me. Cheap hubs wear out quick and cheap rims buckle. Maybe a nice set of medium range forks if the forks wear out.

Run tubeless, that should keep you occupied for a while ๐Ÿ™‚
