My Five Tens have died, any other kind of shoe non SPD to look at before I get a new pair?

I’ve gone to every other brand after my last five tens and none are as grippy. Just bought a set of free riders again and they are good. Bought a set ion shoes as well as they were mega cheap. They are ok but again not five ten grippy

Yeah Five Tens are hard to beat for grip. I have some Ion ones which are less grippy but stiffer and have outlasted the Five Tens.
Ride Concepts are the new kids on the block and could be worth a look
