After another bike raid, this time at Ae bike shop, looking to beef up anti-scroat deterents.   I heard you can get battery shed alarms - does anyone have recommendations or other means of making a racket to wake the dog to have their nuts off or at least a chew at the ankles.

I've got one of these, it's pretty basic and is better if you build a little frame around it so it can;t just be pulled of the wall, but it's bloody loud!

Reports of gunshots will instigate an immediate armed police response.

Which ties up a resource that could be used elsewhere and the appropriate resource won't show up as it isn't equipped for a shootout?

That aside my only real concern would be my reaction vs an alarm when I forget to disable it when going in the the shed.🤣

I've installed one like the Yale one above except it uses a remote control. It's right up in the corner and not easily getatable.

Plus one for the shotgun blank alarm- if it doesn’t deafen them it will choke them out!!!
