Not too worried about strength and stiffness (although it would be nice, obviously), just want something light and aero. Clinchers. Say about £400.

Already looked at these two

http://www.amclassic.com/en/products/roadwheels/sprint350.php

Don't need it to be AC though.

Also considered

As I like the idea of tubeless tyres as an option (and it will match the groupset).

Those shimanos are £50 cheaper at Merlin with VIP discount

Also look at these if not too bothered about aero wheels:

I've got the 420's on my track bike and the Sprint350's on my road bike. The 350's are ace; very light (within a few grams of the much more expensive Ksyrium SL's) and amazingly stiff. Not sure how aero they are but the V-section rim is good for stiffness while still allowing use of normal tubes rather than specific long-valve ones.

Only thing to watch is the bearings. The shop had to strip and rebuild the front hub from new cos the bearings wouldn't tighten up properly and the wheel was rattly in the drop outs. I had to retighten them again about 3 weeks later. Since then they've been trouble free.

I was going to suggest the 420 Aero 3s. They come on our Modas and we sell them separately too. No problems so far, and they've been fantastic.

The Dura Ace C24 carbon laminate clinchers are worth a look nice over those R80's. I replaced my Kysrium SL's with a set and the ride quality and performance is much better considering its a cheaper wheel set. They ride like a much more expensive set of wheels and look very bling too. They were around £500 last time I looked.

Two months or so. Including a load of riding in Spain and a couple of road races in the UK.
