My CCDB coil rear shock seems pretty dialled for most things but has a tendancy to buck on sets of rollers. So do I need more low or high speed rebound damping? I'm trying to avoid trial and error as I'm happy with the shock settings for everything else. Thanks

More low speed damping.

Thank you. So I assume a little bit more low speed compression could also help by preventing the over compression on these in the first place (I will read the manual tonight).

Fully locked out for riding on rollers, unless they are flintstone style wooden rollers, then your normal trail riding settings should be fine.
