Hi guys
Hope you can help, I am looking at getting a new shimano xt shawdow+ rear mech but not sure if I will need the sg or the sgs version,
I am currently running up front xt triple m780 24.32.42t and Cassette hg81-10 11-36t
Any help would be very much appreciated as I have been searching the web all nite with no results

Long cage for triple chainset.

Might as well go SGS - think that's the long cage. With it being Shadow
+ it's not going to slap around so much anyway, so no real need to go for the shorter cage, which would anyway be a challenge with the triple and 11-36.
