My new job position means that I will be working in the community a lot more. So as well as the 5 mile commute twice a day I'll be able to bike across town to apps all day.
In the past it's just been cycle to the office, get changed in to smart casual gear, change shoes and start work so I've used mtb shoes and Eggbeaters but now I will have to wear the same shoes all day so should I go to flat pedals/trainers or is there another alternative so i can carry on being clipped in?

Cage-clipped ones may work for You.
