I pretty much use CRC, but put regular smaller orders in with Merlin, Wiggle & Winstanleys if they've got significantly better offers.

Are there any other retailers out there I should be 'price watching' or do occassional great deals?

Rutlandcycles seem to be priced well but yet to deal with them.

I just recently bought my new Revelations from Rutland Cycles and can highly recommend them. I tried Rush, wasn't impressed with them(woefully slow to respond and deliver the goods)and even less impressed with Bonthrone Bikes, just try ringing them!

Merlin are great. CRC usually reliable but seem to have not coped over Xmas. Also had good experience with UK Bikestore and Lex's in Sheffield.

I've bought from and regularly check for prices before buying:

CRC*
Edinburgh Bicycle Coop, for Specialized
Evans Cycles, for Specialized, Bontrager
JustRidingAlong, for Maxxis, I'd rather buy from them than CRC + sometimes cheaper, or in stock
Leaisure Lakes, for Specialized
Merlin Cycles*
On-one
St Johns Street Cycles, for bizarre bits
Superstar Components, mostly brake pads
Swinnerton Cycles, for Bontrager
Wiggle*, though are rarely cheapest on stuff like they used to be

*These are the main ones though, or at least wiggle used to be

Merlin have been faultless everytime I have used them (quite a bit).

Used Rutland a couple of time recently and they too have been excellent.

UKBikestore are good - but I think you sometimes have to pay for postage.

Wiggle/CRC - usually okay

CRC, merlin, wiggle, evans, cyclesportsuk all been excellent with no complaints - apart from when I took a set of Blackburn lights back to an Evans shop when I thought it might be a bright idea to demonstrate what was actually wrong with them - they posted them back to me two weeks later without repairing them ๐Ÿ˜•

dotbike.com were the only place I could find that sold the FSA bearings I was after. They appear to have a good range of more random spares plus great service.

biketart.com were good, again they only stockist I could find for something I was after. And I got some free sweets!

Dales Cycles...second year they've done 20% off everything and I just ordered a nice Anthem X frame. ๐Ÿ˜€

Pauls Cycles is also worth checking for their complete bikes at discounted prices

Other than that, what others have said...CRC, Wiggle, Merlin Cycles, BikeOutlet, UKBikeStore, On-One.

OP - I presume you already do a google shopping search for the item you are looking for?

More than half the time that throws up the cheapest price on whatever I'm after.
