[Closed] What oil in my fox float rl140?

The fox stuff is rebadged torco. You can get it in the UK but to be honest, it's only about a quid cheaper than the fox green stuff. Forci/fox is actually really good stuff, very slippery. I use it in open dampers. On the spring side, I use fully synth motorcycle engine oil.

A number of people say use silkolene but while it's a good damper fluid, it's not a great lubricant I find.

Also, don't believe that all 7.5 wt is the same. It means nothing. If you want to compare, look at centi-strokes.

Used rock oil v5 in the past,have you ever used that?
