After nearly crashing a few times this weekend due to spray - what size - I'm stuck between small / medium?

Small I reckon. I've got one on my Pikes (140mm) and that's about as short a fork as it will fit 🙂

david, I've been down that route befor and just found it a faff - esp when you want to remove and refit.
