Possibly none. Is it Post Mount or IS and is your brake Post Mount or IS?

On your frame you will have one of these (these are forks but you get the idea):
Post mount:

IS mount:

Nearly all brakes are post mount, but often come with an IS adapter fitted. 160 is 'standard' on most frames so if it is post you won't need an adapter and if if is IS then you will need a 160 IS to Post rear adapter

Right it's post mount then at the rear, so I don't need an adapter? Just bolt the calliper straight on?

Just bolt the calliper straight on?
Should be fine for 160mm rotor

Usually, yes - occasionally, the post mount will be for a larger rotor, mine is 180mm.
