Just buying a frame and moving all the parts across from my Swift to it. Unfortunately there's been a bit of a wait for it, was supposed to be here last month but is now due on the 16th June.

What is the weight saving do you reckon?

Surely there's some toe overlap on that there Potts^^

Waiting on my new Curtis 29 arriving any day soon, I'll inform you of frame weight when it's here

Oooh...that blue Siren up there ^^^ is nice. 🙂

I was really keen on the Pace 129 (till I found out it was about the same weight as my Inbred!!!).
Very pleased with my SIR9 though. Really is lovely.

I have a Pace RC129 which I'm really pleased with. Its beautifully made with real attention to detail. It may not be the lightest steel frame out there but it rides like a much lighter bike if that makes sense, with a seemingly endless urge to accelerate. I can still still remember my first ride on one which took my breath away (literally as happens...). There's a lot more to ride quality and handling than frame weight alone.

I would like a Roberts or Mathers but the waiting lists are ridiculous!

Its going to be next year before I decide what I want and how I will build it but it will be a skinny steel 29er geared with suspension.

Ritchey looks beutiful. I like the Siren apart from the bent top tube.

I find it a little to lazy. Loved it with a set of DT Swiss rigids on though.

I'd be looking at Shand as they are local to me.

The Shand guys are really nice, chatted with them for ages at bristolbespoked. If I had the cash/need i would splash it their way. I do have a Niner mcr and its lush, just out now!

Candodavid - that has to be the nicest thing I've seen on here for some time. Is that going to be a standard Curtis offering?

I worked alongside Gay and Brian so had a good deal on it, I wouldn't like to say actual cost due to Mrs C reading STW now and then
